Park Rules
- Parking is limited to the concrete/gravel areas only. No parking on the grass or streets (all roads are fire lanes.)
- SPEED LIMIT IS 7 MPH! Please ensure the safety for foot traffic and children.
- Please respect fellow guests. No walking or driving through other sites, occupied or not. No loud music of any kind at any time. QUIET HOURS are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- Tents and temporary shelters are not allowed in the Park.
- Caution: No stakes or tie downs in grass areas. Due to shallow utilities and our irrigation system, no digging whatsoever, and please ask approval from host staff prior to driving any stakes in the gravel.
- Threaded/sealed connections are required for sewer hookups.
- Pets are welcome if their owners are well trained. Dogs and cats must be on a short leash at all times (electronic leashes are not allowed within the Park.) Pet poop must be scooped IMMEDIATELY! Please do not leave pets tied up and unattended outside your RV. Kennels are prohibited.
- All children 16 and under must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
- Facilities and services are for registered guests only. Visitors of guests who wish to use the facilities or services are subject to a day use fee and must be accompanied by a registered guest.
- Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
- Owner’s approval needed for any refunds.
- Water pressure at outlet is 65 lbs. Pressure regulator is recommended.
- Please relax and enjoy yourself. Your comfort is our top priority; let us know if we can be of help.
- Use our facility at your own risk. Management assumes no responsibility for any damages to you or your rig.
